1. Definitions

  • Loader refers to the commercial vehicle booking platform.
  • User refers to customers booking vehicles through the app.
  • Driver/Partner refers to vehicle owners/drivers providing transport services.

2. Service Description

Loader connects users with verified drivers for transporting goods within city and nearby areas. Loader does not own vehicles but acts as a technology intermediary.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop information.
  • Ensure goods are properly packed for transport.
  • Be present at pickup and drop locations on time.
  • Do not transport illegal or prohibited items.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are shown before booking confirmation.
  • Additional waiting charges may apply after free waiting time.
  • Payments can be made via supported methods in the app.

5. Cancellations

  • Users may cancel bookings through the app.
  • Cancellation charges may apply based on timing.

6. Driver & Vehicle Verification

Loader verifies drivers and vehicles during onboarding. However, Loader is not liable for unforeseen incidents during transport.

7. Liability

Loader is not responsible for damage due to improper packing, natural events, traffic delays, or prohibited goods. Users are advised to ensure proper packaging of items.

8. Prohibited Goods

Users must not transport illegal, hazardous, flammable, or restricted items.

9. Support

Users can contact Loader support for booking-related issues through phone, email, or WhatsApp.

10. Changes to Terms

Loader may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of updated terms.
